The MIT Portugal Program (MPP) is excited to announce the 2024 edition of the MIT Portugal Innovation Workshop at MIT from June 3-7, 2024. This workshop is a hands-on program designed to expose participants to critical elements of venture creation and the potential commercialization of high-impact research and technologies. This workshop is primarily intended for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs, as well as students and researchers that seek to explore the application and business prospects of their ideas and research.
MPP is pleased to announce its 2024 call for seed grant proposals from MIT Principal Investigators from any of the Institute’s schools, departments, laboratories, or centers. The call is open now through June 3, 2023.
The call for the 2024 Marine Robotics Summer School is now open. The 4th annual Marine Robotics Summer School will take place from July 8 – 19 at Faial Island, in the Azores. The summer school is open to up to 24 students from MIT and Portuguese universities.
MIT Portugal PhD candidates
Together with FCT, the MPP is opening a call, every year, to fund PhD candidates that would like to conduct research in one of the strategic areas supported by the MIT Portugal Program.
