The conference abstract’s book will be edited form the abstracts received from authors. All abstracts must be submitted in English and must be no longer than 350 words. Longer abstracts will be rejected. The abstract should present a concise statement of the scope, principal findings and conclusions of the work.
Students should use the template here provided for each of the focus area and include three sections: objectives, work plan and results.
You should pay particular attention to the display of the information and its visual impact.
Use of logos - The logos of MIT Portugal and Universities are provided
Posters should include FCT acknowledgment (even if you don’t have an FCT scholarship).
Mounting and Dismounting of Posters:
You should bring you poster with you and have it mounted by no later than 9 am on Monday, May 28th.
The poster boards will be marked with numbers, each number refers to the work’s abstract at the conference abstract book. It will be available material to fix the posters to the provided supports.
Please make sure to remove all poster materials from the board in the end of the conference.
