Presentation of the contest  “Green Campus - Challenge of Energy Efficiency in Higher Education”  at Universidade do Algarve. 

Forty-four institutions have accepted this challenge and amongst them the Universidade do Algarve with the building of Civil Engineering. At this session, Professor António Mortal will discuss the potential impact of this project on the building itself and the lives of everyone that uses it daily as a workspace.

The Challenge is directed to the entire higher education community. Multidisciplinary teams of students, teachers or employees may register at the website and choose their campus building for which they will suggest a set of measures that would increase its energy efficiency.  The team leader has to be affiliated with the organization to which the chosen building belongs to. Registrations will be open until November 30^th.
